Megan will be a junior in the fall 2014 and entering her 5th year as the starting catcher for Nyack High School Varsity Softball. At the end of her 2014 season with Nyack, Megan finished with a .596 batting average, 34 hits, 23 RBIs, 9 doubles, 4 triples, 3 home runs, and 7 stolen bases. She was awarded All-Section HM, All-County 2nd Team, All-League and Team MVP. Megan is a well-rounded and versatile athlete that adapts to any situation and makes it her job behind the plate to stop the running game. She has just returned from Colorado with her new travel team, Team Long Island, where the girls finished in the final four coming in 3rd out of 32 teams. While working hard to see her team succeed, Megan maintains the highest level of academics, challenging herself with AP and Honors classes. She currently has a 4.0 GPA.
