Alaina Welsch '21 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing softball for 11 seasons. My whole life I have played as a second baseman and  shortstop when needed. I am also willing to play the outfield or any other position as well. I look at any playing time as an opportunity to learn and grow as a player. I love learning and experiencing new aspects of the game each and everyday.  I have attended multiple showcases and instructional camps and always seek as much guidance as possible. Throughout my life, I have played on many teams, I have learned to respect my teammates and coaches and have grown to be the player I am today. The game of softball has taught me more than I could imagine but also how to be a better athlete, person, and teammate.  After high school, I plan to attend college and further my career while playing at the collegiate level of softball.
