November 2016Personal Statement
I have been playing softball since I was 6 years old, and my dream has always been to play in college. My goal is to find a school and softball program that will allow me to grow as a person while doing the thing I love most. Education is very important to me, and being able to get a quality education and play the game you love makes school life so much better. I am hoping that the experiences I get from school and softball will help me become the person I have always striven to be. I would love to become a softball coach or a psychologist. I love to read and singing helps me to express the way the way I am feeling. I always play with heart and never give up on my teammates, coaches or myself. The summer before my sophomore year I tore my ACL and I would like to think that the experience has made me stronger in the way I play and my mental toughness to get things done the best way possible. I would not be where I am without God on my side and I will forever be grateful.
