I would say the biggest impacts on my life have been my parents and coaches. All the things they have taught me and they have always been there to give me their unconditional support, cheering for me on and off the field. I have always been in love with softball since watching it for the very first time when I was just a little girl. I knew this was a sport I wanted to play and I have been since I was five years old.
I have learned over the years to never give up and to always believe in myself. Softball has always been my stress reliever, whether it's during practice or a game.
My academic goals over my next three years in high school are to work hard in the classroom and to maintain all A's and B's every quarter. My college goals are to major in Criminal Justice and to play softball all four years. I plan on working extremely hard to meet these goals. One thing I have been able to overcome to get to where I am today is not letting a bad play/ at bat bring me down. I know that I will get another chance to make a great play or another at bat.
