I remember when I was 12 years old I got to watch my first ever college softball game at Penn State and ever since then I knew I wanted to play college softball. I first started softball when I was 8 years old, ever since then Iv'e been in love with the game. Iv'e played just about every position except pitcher, my main positions are catcher and outfield. I've been a starting player on my high school varsity team since I was a freshmen. My freshmen year I was 1 of the only 2 freshmen that started on the varsity team. Although, I was one of the youngest on the team, I've always been the youngest on most of my teams. I first started 16u at the age of 13 and started 18u at 15.
Even though I'm only a sophomore, I've thought a lot about my plans for college. I would like to go to a school somewhere on the East cost area, but I'm open to going anywhere as long as I would be getting a good education and get to play softball. I would like to go to school for hygiene or something in the dental field. My main goal though is to find a good college that fits me best, but for now I hope to finish out my high school softball career and continue to do well in my academics.
