2021 Colleen Cole...Personal Statement
I'm not sure where, if anywhere, my softball skills will take me. I know this, I love the game of softball and I love to compete. Currently, I'm a senior and finishing up my first full year of starting varsity softball at Abington Heights High School in Clarks Summit, PA. I'm also a starting middle IF/OF and lead off batter for my travel team, the NEPA Hurricanes Gold Runco. I am committed to being the best softball player I can be. I have a fantastic travel coach, an experienced and committed high school coach, and a professional hitting instructor. Oh, and I also have a Dad. He has coached me from the time I could sit up and continues to support my passion for the game and my commitment to excellence. My fundamentals are sound and are continually improving. I am searching for a school that can offer me the opportunity to continue playing competitive softball at a high level, and provide me with the courses and curriculum I require to become a pediatric dentist.
