My name is Dylann Rambally, I am 18years old and a freshman at Kankakee Community College in Kankakee IL. I am studying BioMed with aspirations to be an Optometrist.
I have played softball for as long as I can remember and have loved it since the beginning. Growing up playing softball has taught me discipline, commitment, work ethic, and has brought me my best friends. I have also gotten the opportunity to travel and create once in a lifetime memories through the sport. Softball is a very important aspect in my life. However, when I was not playing ball, I was dancing. I have been a competitive dancer since I was 4. For most of my life, I spent anywhere from 3 to 5 hours a night at the studio, 5 days a week for 13 years. With my busy dance schedule, softball winter training, and keeping up with my schoolwork, I have learnt lots about time management and how to maintain balance. Both of my sports have given me countless opportunities that I am forever grateful for. Since I am at an important time in my life where lots is going to change, I am hoping to use my years of hard work with softball to pursue a new adventure and to help lead me down the career path of becoming an Optometrist/Ophthalmologist
