Personal Statement
Hi! My name is Hannah Summerville and I am 14 years old in the 9th grade. I have played softball since I was 10 and have played competitive softball since I was 11 or 12. I have loved softball ever since I picked up a bat and would love to carry this passion into college. It has been my dream to one day inspire little girls watching me on T.V like the girls I watch now (Go Gators!). I know that college softball is no easy task and am willing to put in the work to succeed academically and athletically. I am hardworking, trustworthy, and love constant feed back to become better defensively and offensively. My biggest motto is to hit big and miss big because in order to be the best in anything you do, I believe you have to take chances. I believe that I have the grit and tenacity that would be a great asset for a college team. Thank you for your time!
