Personal Statement
As a sophomore in high school, I have seen many things. Some good, some bad. I have battled politics and learned the true meaning of friendship. In my opinion, I can honestly say, I have seen a lot and have came out stronger than ever. Never would I have traded my learning track, bumpy and long, for anything else. School has taught me the ways of life, the key to success, and the beauty of hard work. In the beginning of the freshman year, school was a given, do your work and get good grades. Now school is a passion, I strive to be the best I can be. Not only wanting to shine in the classroom, I have given up a lot for my sport. Taking on the battles no one else wants to, being a leader of the team is my goal. I want girls to see me as someone to look up to and be able to talk to. Drive is the key, hard work is the door you need to unlock, and the beauty is what you win.
