I am a skilled softball player who would really like to continue playing this sport in college. I would appreciate your consideration for a spot on your team.  An example of a highlight of my softball career was winning the Mankato Peppers Classic in July of 2019.  Our team was down by eight runs and time was running down. Even with the odds against us, there was no negativity expressed.  I knew deep down we had to persevere.  I made sure, personally, that there was no way I was going to let my teammates get down on themselves.  I kept the positivity going on the field and in the dugout.  When I go to college, I hope to be educationally challenged and to find a team to play on that has a positive mindset. With my personality, work ethic, and team-oriented goals, I would prove to be a great leader at your school and on your team.
