Lynnia Delpit '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Lynnia Delpit, an II was born in Los Angeles, California, and I consider myself to be a Sunshine Girl  as my father would say, and one day I would like to become the mayor of our city here in Los Angeles or another city within California.  I love basketball cuz basketball teaches you how to be a part of a team and do teamwork and I enjoy helping my teammates when victories at all times, I consider myself a go-to player I love the score I love the rebound I love to shoot free throws I love to play offense and defense I feel good when I play basketball because it helps me enjoy life even more than anything else.  Some of my favorite players that I've seen as a little girl is JuJu Watkins who's currently playing for Sierra Canyon, and headed to USC, and also Jada Williams who will be one day playing at UCLA those are my favorite basketball girls players I love the ocean.   I love to go watch the waves with my father Leonard Delpit, who has been my role model and driving force in life, and I just enjoy the Sun, I love to eat at good restaurant,  and I love to help people, especially children who hasn't had an opportunity to succeed in life just like me.

After watching my father give back to his community in so many different ways, I hope to one day become a  WNBA player,  as well as a great college player in the future, and I would like to open up a charity, named after my father & mothe, to  give back to the community very similar to Shoot 360 in Torrance, California,  that's something I would like to do for other people of Los Angeles, California, and some around the world., and other people that might be in need,  I like to help improve the quality of life within the community, I grew up in Los Angeles, and help children who were affected by war, and  famine. I hope that plane girls basketball for a big college and a university will allow me to travel in different parts of the world to reach my ambition and my goals in life.  And I like to thank all those who are supporting me now and in the near future thank you very much for being understanding and committed to my journey in life it means so much to me.

I went to school in both Los Angeles California and Barstow California, and I understand giving back means a lot to people, so I would like to help other people become great at whatever they do , and if they're choosing Sports as a greatness,  I like to give those life skills back to the young people in my community. I'm currently working on my book Princess  Lynnia, and her magical wands with her five magical powers for children and kids.
