My name is Bella Trousset, I am 15 years old and I love to play sports. I would love to play basketball and/or soccer in college. I have played basketball since I was around 5 years old. My father played football at Stanford, and he raised me to value competition, always challenge myself to get better, stay humble, never give up, and that I can accomplish anything through hard work. Basketball is the most athletic sport in the world, and I love it. I also enjoy trying to lead the girls to victory. For hobbies I like to surf and ski. I go to International High School in San Francisco and I love it there.
Inspired by my father, I would like to get a college education so I can prepare myself for life and get a good job. I would like to major in languages, business and/or medicine/biology I want to attend the best college possible, and use sports to help me get there. I am focusing on schools with strong academics and good coaches. I would also like to attend college away home, not in California.
I may be different from other recruits because of my relentless defense, positive attitude and leadership skills. When I come on the court, the intensity level goes up. My coaches taught me to be the first one down the court, and I love them for that. I have had some wonderful coaches, including my father, and I am thankful that they pushed me. I consider myself a very coachable player.
If you are looking for a player who is going to take education seriously, I would love to join your team. I am a student athlete who was taught the value of a higher education, and I bring a relentless positive attitude into everything I do. My name is Bella Trousset, and I am looking forward to our next conversation.
