Tekeyia 'Keyia' Parker '20 Recruiting Profile

First and foremost, I want to play on a college team. Secondly, I have always dreamed to play in the WNBA since I was a little girl. I am a player that is very coachable. I am willing to do whatever it takes to be the best player for myself and my team. I would be a good candidate for the team because I bring energy to the game. I am so passionate for this game, my ultimate goal is to manage a WNBA/NBA team one day.  In the classroom I work as hard as I can. If I don't understand something I am not afraid to ask my teacher for more clarification. I am positive in classroom as well as on the court. Outside of basketball I play volleyball, am a 8 year Girl Scout (Bronze and Silver Award recipient),  am a Certified Safe Sitter, own my own baking business (Tekeyia's Kitchen), and a member of Achaean 80 (leadership group at my high school).
