My name is Serena Ward and I go to Fairfield High School in Fairfield, IA. I have been on the Fairfield High School varsity basketball team for the last three years. This past year I received 1st team all-conference, all-region team, all-GTNS team, team MVP, KTVO play of the week, and all-academic team. I have a 3.98 GPA and a 27 ACT score.
I want to go to a school that can support a pre-law major. I don't mind a large school (20,000), but I would prefer a school closer to (10,000). I enjoy a big city atmosphere and a warm climate, but I'm willing to attend any school that best fits my academic and athletic aspirations. I take pride in my academics and manage my time well. I'm usually the last one to leave the gym and have been called a "gym rat." Overall, academics and athletics are very imporant to me and have enjoyed being successful at both. I am looking to improve and learn new things, I finish what I start, and I take pride in everything I do.
