I am a hardworking athlete who has a lot of passion for the sport of basketball. I am very committed and would like to play basketball at the next level in college but my main focus n academics. I have not yet decided on a major but I do know I would like to pursue something in STEM. Primarily I like the guard role and my strengths include strong defense, my three point shot, basketball IQ, ability to see the floor and most importantly a motor that does not quit. I work very hard in the off-season working out, shooting, and getting ready for the next season as well as helping out in the community through volunteering time. I have played basketball since I was 5 and started travel basketball when I was 8. This is my first year on MD Lady Hoopmasters but I have played for other AAU teams in the past. I made the move to play with some of our core HS players and continue to develop the chemistry for that team in the offseason. I am devoted to the game of basketball and push myself very hard to achieve my goals. When I am not on the court, working on basketball, or spending time with my family I am involved in our community and my school. I am involved in clubs in school like Leo Club, Healthy Decisions Club, and Varsity club where I am a board member. I also take great pride from being involved in service projects in my community. I also work very hard in school and for my junior year has 2 AP classes scheduled, honors core classes and will continue my membership in the National Honor Society.
