Personal Statement
I come from an athletic family. Both my parents were professional skaters and my father coached at the Olympics. My Dad also played division one collegiate baseball. This shows I have been exposed to sports from an early age and have always enjoyed being a part of a team. I started playing basketball with my sister when I was around 4. I started playing on my first team in 4th grade and immediately became obsessed with wanting to improve. I am highly competitive, hardworking, and resilient. I lead by example and improve performance across the whole team. I am a junior year repeat transfer from Belmont High School now playing at Phillips Exeter Academy. I am both academically and athletically driven, in college I would like to excel in a STEM major and graduate in the top 10% of my class. I am looking to play at a highly competitive academic and athletic school and believe my adaptive and easy-going mentality will bring a lot to any team in need of a morale boost.
