In college I plan to challenge myself and step outside of my comfort zone. I haven’t fully decided what I would want to study in college but I think it would most likely be in computer technology.
As a player I believe team chemistry is a very important aspect of the game that gets overlooked. As a shooting guard I definitely like when my guard does certain things like giving the right pass at the right time and gettin in postition to make those good passes so I integrated those ideas into my point guard position. So when I am a point guard I will make sure I know my players strengths and weaknesses on the court and how to use the strengths to the teams advantage and possibly avoid the weaknesses.
My highschool coach has a very good grasp on my capabilities and she has come up with the idea that as a senior instead of running the guard spots that I will play as a small forward. She approached me toward the end of my junior season to get me prepared for that change and that it’s a change she’s like to make for the future of the team in becoming better. I think by doing this I will become even more versatile and since I was comfortable at my old positions this will be a good challenge for me.
Thank you for reading, I know it was a little lengthy, but I hope you got some good information about me.
