Abby Krzewinski '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Abby Krzewinski and I recently committed to North Dakota State University.  Go Bison!

I am a 6'0” senior power forward  at Wayzata High School in Minnesota.  I fell in love with the game of basketball at age 6 and love it even more today.  I thrive on being the energy for my team, and enjoy contributing in all areas on the court, not just scoring.  I love hustling every play and helping my team in each area like blocks, rebounds, steals, and assists as well.  I believe there is nothing better than what a team can accomplish when we all work together and bring our best attitude.

I am extremely coachable, and I always want to keep learning, training and getting better.  I have achieved numerous all conference and all metro awards, but more important to me is the success we have as a team. 

People say I am a leader, which I do not take lightly.  I try to lead by example, and am always coaching, cheering on and picking up my teammates.  I’m that overly positive and loud teammate who wants to help everyone around me get better. My strongest attributes are my work ethic, my non-stop energy, and my desire to win and play at the highest level. 

I know I will be a great contributor to the right school’s basketball and academic community, and I look forward to the journey to get there.
