Mckenzie Lathrom ...Personal Statement
I thank God for the ability and the talent he has given me to play this game and for my parents that have supported me and have always been there and believed in me. They have taken time out of their lives and summers to take me to many tournaments! Without them I wouldn't be where I am today. I started playing basketball when I was 5 years old and fell in love with the sport and have never looked back. I have always pushed myself to get better and I've known for a long time that I want to play at the next level. Some people may look at my height but that pushes me even more to get better at every aspect of the game. I am undecided on a major at this time but I know God has a plan for me. I enjoy helping my community. I have been blessed to participate in Mission trips ,and helping my Dad with the local Volunteer Fire Department. All of these things have helped shape me into the person and player I am today.
