Riley Flynn '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Riley Flynn, and I have been playing basketball since I was 5-years-old. I truly love the game. My other love is animals. When it comes time for me to go to college I would love to combine the two things I love most by studying Marine Biology and playing College Basketball at the highest level possible. I feel that I am an asset to a team because, although I am a shooting guard/combo guard I have played every position at one time or another, and I love to play defense. On my High School team I am like an extra coach on the floor because I understand everything we are running and my teammates ask me questions about what they are supposed to do in practice and during games. I am a multi-sport athlete that always works hard in the classroom and at whatever sport I am playing. I have received awards for my work ethic and a scholarship for my character. I enjoy meeting new people, especially if they love collecting sneakers as much as I do.  This season my coach has asked me to play all 5 positions. It has been an adjustment but I am having fun.
