When I first started playing basketball I fell in love with the sport. I loved the hustle and motivation it brought into my life. My goals for my basketball career is to play basketball in college for a highly completive team and to be an amazing basketball player as a whole. I am different from other players because I never give up. When some people make mistakes they put their head down, but I attack it head on and make up for it the next play and the rest of the game. I am very determined and if I want something I put in the work to get there no matter how hard it is. As well is my athletic career I want to make strides in my academic career too. I want to work hard to become a teacher and eventually go into sports medicine as well. These careers are great for me because I love a challenge and love helping others. Overall basketball has not only taught me how to play the game, but also many good life lessons. These include working hard will get you places, teamwork is key to success, and nothing comes easy, you must work for it. I am very excited to see where my athletic career and future takes me.
