When I think of goals I want to achieve in life I think of going to a college to play basketball. My academics are very important to me because it shows that I'm not just a contestant on the court but a contestant in the classroom. Starting varsity as a eighth grader really taught me different aspects of the game that I might have never experienced or learned. Through the years I have learned that basketball is not just all about being the quickest and being the best but that it is about having the higher IQ and understanding of the game you are playing.
