Some of the goals that I have set for myself are to play college basketball but most importantly earn a good education. I have developed many skills in the process of trying to reach my goals such as being coachable, a leader, and not only making decisions to better myself but my teammates too. I have worked on ball handling, my 3pt shot, and making a pass at the right time to ensure my teammates the level of success they deserve. I am hardworking and can take constructive criticism and am willing to step out of my comfort zone. Academically I am involved with extra-curricular activities such as varsity soccer, varsity basketball, varsity track, being the student council vice president, a member of organizations like Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), an FFA officer, and have been chosen by my peers to be a member of my school's suicide prevention group. In the classroom, I have placed #5 in my graduating class, on track to earn an associate's degree in science, and maintained a 3.8 GPA while being involved with my extracurricular activities.
