Kami Carmean '25 Recruiting Profile

I fell in love with the competitiveness of Basketball at a young age of 9.  I live to compete and I love the journey I've been on.  It's been a dream of mine to continue to improve and play at a collegiate level.  

I have excellent on court vision, as well as making quick decisions on the court.  I am currently the steals and assists leader, and #2 in scoring in my program.  I enjoy playing defense and I do it well.  Every coach I've played for always assigns me to defend the top players on the opposing team.  I'm always up for the challenge.  I am a very coachable player, always eager to receive feedback.  I am a positive teammate and have been selected as the team captain on both my high school and club teams.  I will always put in 100 percent effort in practices and games.  I'm eager to succeed!

Academics are also an important part of my life.  I currently have a 4.0 GPA and take studying very seriously.  I am also very involved in running and being a part of all the activities at my high school.  I am Class President for the 4th year in a row.  People describe me as a natural leader.

I am looking for the best fit for me in both academics and athletics.  I'm looking forward to this next chapter in life with enthusiasm and excitement to compete at a college level in Basketball!
