Jayla Brown '25 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing basketball since the 6th grade. I've recognized through numerous tournaments that I enjoy being in competitive environments. For so many years, I played on a team, which improved my teamwork abilities and made it easier for me to inspire others.

I am an extremely competitive player that works incredibly hard to figure out and correct my areas of weakness in the sport. I pick things up quickly and will put in extra effort to lead any team to victory.

In a educational setting, I am extra hard working and obtained a high GPA. I attend Parkway Center City and Community College of Philadelphia working towards not only a dipolma but a Associates Degree in Liberal Arts. 

I aspire to achieve excellence throughout college in both my academic and athletic performance. Being a basketball player will guarantee that I exert the most effort possible due to the competition and will overall boost my life skills.
