Personal Statement
I am a good candidate for women's college-level basketball because of my qualities. First and foremost, I am a hardworking, responsible young lady that is well-rounded and highly motivated. I practice an exemplary work ethic and model enthusiasm with charismatic communication skills. Most importantly, I offer a willingness to listen and learn. In addition, I have good time management qualities with balancing sports and IB classes.
Furthermore, basketball allows me to express the inner workings of my mind to the larger world through participating in teams and coaching. The feeling of accomplishing a skill and performing it in a game is rewarding because I did it. I put in the hard work. And whether that pays off today or tomorrow, it always pays.
I have two goals in life. Number one is to play basketball in college, and the second is entering the field of veterinary medicine because I highly value academics and want to impact the environment positively.
