Addyson Gravelle '28 Recruiting Profile

HI!

My name is Addyson Gravelle.  I am a Freshman(Class of 2028) at Cleveland High School in Cleveland, TN.  

Here's just a little about me.  I started playing competitive basketball the summer before my 6th grade year and fell in love with the game.  Playing in college has been a dream of mine, and the time to make that dream a reality is near! I am a springy player with a high basketball IQ.  I have a soft touch around the rim and go to the boards strong.  I am a leader on the court, in the classroom, and in my community.  I am a coachable kid and willing to put in the work to continue to improve my game. 

I am a 3 sport athlete, playing soccer and golf in addition to basketball.  I play AAU basketball and select soccer during off season from school ball.  I have maintained a 4.0 GPA in honors courses headed into my freshman year and I am currently taking AP and Honors courses this year as well. I believe working hard and playing basketball at the next level will help me to be successful academically and in life as a whole.  

My faith plays a large role in my life.  I am very active in my youth group and I am a part of the youth ministry team at my church. Out of 5 surrounding counties (Middle and High School),  I was selected as the FCA Student Athlete of the Month in August 2023.  I love serving others and telling people about Jesus Christ.  Being a teen is tough sometimes, but my faith has pushed me through and my relationship with the Lord keeps me grounded.

I am so excited to see what my future holds.  I know the sky is the limit and I am willing and ready to put in the work to get there.  I believe I would be a great asset to any Women's College Basketball program.  I love being part of a TEAM!
