Basketball has been in my DNA since I was little. I started playing when I was four and have loved it ever since. After playing with my summer basketball team for five years, I broke my ankle in our very last practice during 2020. When I finished recovery, I was more determined than ever to be the best at basketball that I could be. I joined West Texas Breeze, my AAU team, after my injury, and started training with college athletes and coaches. Just like in basketball I am very determined to keep my grades between a 95-100 in school, even if that means staying up for hours working on it. I have a driven personality, and with that comes hours of practicing and studying. This has lead me to realize that I should pursue a degree in Sports Management, and that I would like to become a recruiter/scout for a college one day.
