I've been playing basketball ever since I could hold a ball. I had the opportunity to join a Varsity travel team my 7th grade year, and was able to work on game elements that helped me become a better all around player. As a freshman, I became a starter for my high school team an earned the honors of being the Newcomer of the Year. I work hard on and off the court and want my basketball career to reflect my love for the game. I only want to go up from this point and continue my career at the next level. My dedication and determination to succeed is unmatched because I am never satisfied by my performance. I always want to outwork every game. I have the ability to stay focused in the classroom and keep my head in the game. I can ensure that I will work hard both on and off the court in order to pursue my goal. I plan on maintaining a high GPA so I may also stay on top of my academics.
