Personal Statement

Hi, Coach.

I am looking forward to a college experience that focuses on academic, athletic, and personal growth.  I want a well-rounded education that prepares me for a life centered around health and community with my professional goal being a healthcare worker in sports medicine.

I love volleyball and believe my hard work, discipline, and love for the game will support me in meeting my educational, professional, and athletic goals.   I began playing volleyball at the "Y" like so many others.  By the age of 12, I had fallen  in love with the feel of every touch of the ball.   The discipline, drilling, training, and the grind were all parts of what made the sport great.  I began playing travel club ball at 12.
