2023 HighlightsPersonal Statement
I was gymnast for 10 years. I made it to Xcel Diamond (level 7-10). After only diving for 3 weeks, I won league, and qualified for Valley (CIF Championships). Because I won League (1st out of all divers in Bakersfield), I was rewarded with diver of the year in Bakersfield. This was all only within my first 3 weeks of ever diving. Every practice I am excited to learn something new and push myself out of my comfort zone a little more. Next year (my senior year) I am pushing to have all AP and Honors classes because I am determined to have a 4.5 GPA before I graduate. When my mind is set on achieving something, I make sure I achieve that goal.
