Events

  • Camp/Event
  • SCAD Atlantic Fall Inviational
  • 9/06/16 to 9/07/16
  • Day one shot a 76 tied for 17th in a field of 49; Day two shot a 77 tied for 20th overall. Very pleased with the outcome of my first collegiate golf tournament.
  • Camp/Event
  • 2nd Region Tournament
  • 9/29/15 to 9/29/15
  • Played first 6 holes in a heavy rain and finished the front at 9 over 44 got things working on the back and shot a 2 over back for a 38 and a total 82 thankfully it was good for 4th place overall. And our team placed first and are headed to state. I was one of two players to shot in the 30's on the back. First and second place finishers did not play in the rain. So it was not my best round but I am proud of the way I came back and did not let the course beat me.
  • Camp/Event
  • Mayfield High School tournament
  • 9/19/15 to 9/19/15
  • Played from the 5400 yards par 70. Shot a 6 over par on the front had two doubles which I have not had in a tournament for a very long time. Came back on the back nine and went birdie, birdie and then had a boggie in the middle and boggied the last two holes to finish with a 37. I finally got my driver figured out and then my long iron shots all went to the right. Our team finished in first place, giving us two first place finishes and two second place finishes out of four tournaments. I have a little over a week off from tournament and match play to get ready for Regionals on the 29th.
  • Camp/Event
  • Muhlenburg Invitational
  • 9/05/15 to 9/05/15
  • Wow glad that is over. I shot a 77 finished in 6th place overall have not had to work so hard in a long time most of my putts were down hill today.
  • Camp/Event
  • South Warren Invitational
  • 8/28/15 to 8/28/15
  • Shot even par 72 tied for first forced a three hole playoff but came up an inch short in the dark to force a fourth hole.
  • Camp/Event
  • The Links at Novadell - Club Championship
  • 8/22/15 to 8/23/15

  • Camp/Event
  • Barren County Tournament
  • 8/08/15 to 8/08/15
  • Our team took first place out of 18 teams and I placed third with a 77. I was even going into hole number 6 and hit every bit of trouble I could find over the next three holes and ended up with a 41 on front but I pulled it together and shot a one over par 36 on the back.
  • Camp/Event

  • Day one at Western Hill Golf Course shot a 5 over 77. Day two at Hopkinsville Golf and Country Club shot a 1 over 72. Day three Links at Novadell shot a one under 71 and forced a playoff for first place. Adrenaline got the best of me and I hit my 7 wood farther then I ever have before had to h1t out of a thick hazard and came up just short of forcing a second playoff hole.

  • Camp/Event
  • Kentucky Women's Open
  • 7/14/15 to 7/15/15
  • This was the second time that I have played over 6000 yards. The course conditions were not ideal for my play because I get a lot of roll with my clubs. The course had not been able to be mowed for over a week because of the amount of rain so when my ball hit it stuck. Distance the first day was an issue but I was very confident coming into day two that I would play much better, which I did until hole number 13 I was on pace for a low 80 or high 70 round and found the water three times on a par 5 for a 12. I came back and pared the next hole and finished the same as the first day. It was a great experience playing with so many great women golfers I feel good that I learned a lot about my game and what I need to improve on and am looking forward to next year.

  • Camp/Event

  • Due to the large amount of snow over the past few weeks and heavy rains the previous week. The whole course was not available to play because of washed out bridges. The holes played were 1, 2, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 twice on Saturday and the same format again on Sunday. The course was extremely wet and my first time to actually hit off of grass in nearly five months. Saturday I shot a 90 work around green was not great a lot of mud, putting was not bad at all working around all the worms was interesting with light to moderate rain most of the day. • First round shot an 84 in the rain and high winds waited 7 hours at the course after I finished my round to see if I had made the cut for the final round. Second round shot a 96. I was in the sand a lot and just could not get my driver on my side. I am proud of myself for a few pars and several bogies that could easily have been doubles if not triples from what I was working with. My coach was very proud of me and said that he did not know many people that could have made the shots that I did out of bunkers today. I still have things to work on and improve on and I will. I finished Tied for 59th in the State of Kentucky! I think the yardage was around 5600.
