I'm so excited to be part of the NCSA family! I feel so privileged to have such a great opportunity.
In college, I plan to study medicine - Obstetrics & Gynecology. I know this field requires a lot of hard work & discipline, but I'm ready for the challenge. It's been my dream since I was a little girl. I try to challenge myself each & everyday. I love trying new things & working hard to achieve my goals.
My favorite subject in high school is Science. It's fascinating, complex, and is always changing. Hands on experiments make learning really fun. I also enjoy Social Studies, Choir, & Spanish.
I am on the high school varsity golf team (I made it to the section finals this year and played to go to state, but didn't make it), speech team, local archery league, & I was a figure skater for 5 years. I like to rifle hunt & bow hunt - I shot a turkey with my bow my first year out & I shot my first deer this past season with my rifle. I got a bear permit this year & got my 1st bear with my bow last month & just got a deer with my bow a few years back. I also duck, goose, & grouse, hunt as well as ice fish & summer fish. I thrive on activity & feel that being well rounded is essential for success.
