Hello,
I am, Lawryn Radford, from Grand Prairie, TX. I want to give you a brief but personal statement of who I am and tell you how I could be an asset to your team. I have played golf now for eight years; I woke up one morning getting ready for a basketball game and told my parents I wanted to play professional golf one day and have been playing golf every since. I believe I have the ability to be one of the best players on the team if given the chance. When it is crunch time I can deliver for the team. I have the ability to get to the green with my long driver skills which keeps my scoring low. I like PAR 5s especially since I can get on the green in two strokes to make something happen. Playing golf has helps me understand how everyday life can be; it has helped me to understand that even if you play the same course twice in the same week there is something that could be different each time you play; as life is ever changing and evolving. That is the beauty of this game. I believe my character, definitely the golf skills, and academic skills can give your school what you are looking for in a collegiate level golfer. I am responsible, I take the initiative to make sure I practice with my team and go the extra mile to be the last on the course giving even more practice.
I know I have what it takes to go to the next level being in your collegiate golf program, I just need the opportunity to prove myself to you and your school. I look forward to speaking with you and seeing you in the near future.
Thank you,
Lawryn Radford
