As an avid lover of gymnastics, I have always been captivated by the beauty, strength, and grace displayed in this incredible sport. My name is Allana Thomas, and I want to take a moment to share my journey and passion for gymnastics. From a young age of 5, I discovered my passion for gymnastics. It was a form of self-expression, a way to challenge myself physically and mentally, and a source of pure joy. However, my journey hasn't been without its obstacles. Two years ago, I was unfortunate enough to sustain a severe injury that forced me to not compete in the sport I love.

Those two years injured in gymnastics were undoubtedly challenging. The absence of the sport that brought me so much happiness left a void in my life. However, it also provided me with an opportunity for self-reflection, growth, and determination. It allowed me to develop resilience, patience, and an unwavering drive to overcome any obstacle that comes my way. Now, I am back, stronger than ever, and ready to pursue my gymnastics dreams once more. I have dedicated countless hours to rehabilitation, training, and honing my skills. The road to recovery has been demanding, but it has only fueled my motivation to succeed. I have fully embraced the importance of discipline, hard work, and perseverance. I believe that my injury has given me a unique perspective on the sport. It has taught me to appreciate every moment on being a gymnast.
