My name is Mikah Morin-Saddleback, I come from a small community west of Edmonton, Alberta called Enoch Cree Nation. I have spent my life playing sports with a deep passion for hockey.
A dream of mine is to play high level hockey/college hockey. I play physical defence, as well as hardworking forward. When playing hockey I feel like nothing else matters, I strive to better myself each season and try new positions.
Growing up it has been hard to find opportunities as an Indigenous player, many teams overlooked my potential and looked the other way which caused me to work harder and be a better player.
I am a team player and always focus on what’s best for the team.
