I would love to see myself playing hockey in college. Making the switch from forwards to defense my sophomore year is a decision that I think will really help me become a well rounded player. My favorite parts about defense is being able to see the whole ice, making plays, changing the pace of the game, and when I'm able to skate the puck up I'll take that opportunity. I enjoy defense more then forward but I will always say yes if my team needs help up front. I really like it when coaches tell me how to fix something and I try to remember that advice forever. Academics are something that I find somewhat hard in certain parts but I keep my grades up from working hard and asking my friends and teachers many questions. Art classes are definitely something I excel at and love to do, so going to a school with a art program would fit me well but I would also go to business school as another option.
