Mallory Ruland '23 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to play hockey at the college level while maintaining excellent academic achievements that prepare me for a successful future in my field of study. Hockey has been a staple in my life since the age of five. I work hard on and off the ice year-round, continually pushing myself to achieve my goals. I appreciate the coaches that have taught me the ins and outs of the game while providing me with necessary lessons to improve my skills; feedback always welcomed to promote growth. I work hard to help myself and my team achieve our goals. I pride myself for taking the initiative to better myself by playing in the off season for different organizations, competing as a dual sport athlete often. I challenge myself academically with AP classes as well as college level classes with plans to graduate with twenty-one college credits.
