Personal Statement
I found lacrosse in 7th grade and this is where I belong. I am a 5'6 attacker/utility player graduating in 2020 from El Dorado High School in Placentia, CA. I have been a Varsity starter since my freshmen year. I am a hard worker, often staying after practice to improve my game and have been told I’m very coachable. Being a team player is important to me and I enjoy helping lead warm ups and drills. In addition to lacrosse, I have played many years of competitive basketball and softball along with soccer, swimming, karate and flag football. The skills I have acquired through these other sports have made me a better lacrosse player. I am looking for a school that is academically compatible, will allow me to have a good balance between lacrosse and academics, and has a strong, encouraging team environment that is like a second family to me, just like my high school team is.
