Hello my name is Zoe G. Ramos and I’m 16 years old. I live in Chicago, IL and I'm an avid player of lacrosse. I love hanging with my friends and spending time with my father and brother. I enjoy high school with my fellow lacrosse teammates and friends. School is fun and I love lacrosse, those are my coping mechanisms for the loss of my mother on June 6th 2023 to cancer. Lacrosse has become a big part of my life and my teammates have become my extended family. I play travel with Second City Gold 2026. I also play Taft High School lacrosse. My position is Attack. I have played on varsity freshman and sophomore year and i will be a junior this year. I started playing lacrosse with CYL Chicago youth lacrosse. Then went to IGLA, not long after I was recruited to play with Lakeshore Lacrosse Midwest Select. I played one year with them, then got moved up to Lakeshore National Premier 2026. Every time I play and score I dedicate that goal to my mother. I hope to make her proud doing what I love to do, playing lacrosse and one day to also carry that dedication into college. Not only as an athlete but academically as well.
Thank you for your consideration,
Zoe G. Ramos
