My name is Reese Walenta and I have been playing lacrosse for about 7 years now. Lacrosse has been a big part of my family, with both of my younger brothers and myself playing since we were young. My father is a lacrosse coach for our school's middle school lax program, and the father of our close family friends is a club lax coach who helps to train us for the season. Since lacrosse has been my main sport and is something I really enjoy doing, I definitely want to continue to be able to play in college and for however long as possible. I also play field hockey, volleyball, snowboard, and am a photographer. I would like to study and get a degree in nursing in college as well. I enjoy being a part of a team and play best with friends and supportive teammates. Unfortunately, due to COVID I wasn't able to play last year (as a sophomore) so I am looking forward to being able to have my first normal lax season this year as a junior.
