My name is Shea Swartwout I'm currently a sophomore at Cortland Jr-Sr High School. In my position as midfielder I was the leading scorer as both an Eighth grader and a Freshman on the JV team. This year I earned a starting position on the Varsity squad. We are 1/2 way through our season and I currently lead our team in goals and am second in assists and draw controls.
In addition to lacrosse, I also play soccer and basketball at the varsity level. This year I led my basketball team in scoring while earning First Team All-League Honors.
My grade point average three quarters through my sophomore year is a 92 while taking three enriched classes. I am looking forward to participating in Link Crew that helps freshman students become acclimated to High School for the upcoming school year. During the summer I also hold a part time job while staying active in all 3 sports.
I enjoy pushing myself to reach my goals. My goal is to attend a college that will challenge me academically and play lacrosse and contribute at a high level.
