Taylor Jefferis '15 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Taylor Jefferis.  Playing field hockey in college has been a number one goal for me ever since middle school.  I have dreams of playing hockey all my life.  I would love to do well not only in hockey, but in my education.  I always work my hardest in everything I do.  I love running, especially long distances.  I never miss practice and at every practice, I give it my all.  I am a very coachable player and I do whatever I am told. I stay focus and on task during practice.  I am always keeping my team positive and I like to push my team to try their best.  My goal education wise, is to work in the Nursing field or become an OTC.  I am always helping others and I feel that being a nurse is the perfect job for me.  I would love to play a sport in college because I know it will keep me in great shape and playing a sport will also keep me on schedule.  I will work extra during the hockey season to keep my grades up.  Throughout my entire middle school and high school career, I have played a sport all three seasons.  So I already know what it is like to be on a schedule and it helps me stay focus on school.  Playing a sport every season leaves no free time and only time for sports and my education.  I am definitely prepared to play at the next level.
