Personal Statement
Hey coaches
My name is destany nau I am 17 years old and i play defense. My goal is to go to a college and be able to be recruited and have a scholarship for the sport i play. I feel like i am a good candidate because I absolutely love lacrosse and my team and try to do my best during practices and games. I would say I am different from others because I am a minority I am Polynesian, I picked up lacrosse all by myself I didn't know lacrosse existed until i went to high school and saw the team, and that is when i instantly feel in love with the sport. I feel like I am more a risk taker, I will play whatever position the coaches tell me to try and I do my best to be the best.
