Hailey Pardi '21 Recruiting Profile

Ever since the 2015 Stotesbury Cup Regatta, when my brother was racing and me at the time, in 7th grade, I was hooked onto this sport. At the time I did not know much about it, but watching the boats glide through the water, the perfect  rhythm and timing of each stroke and the passion that all of the rowers had I knew this was my new favorite thing. I grew up playing many sports, but none really stuck with me quite the way rowing did. Rowing is my passion, when I get out on the water, nothing else matters besides the girls in my boat and giving all that I have. What makes me different from other recruits is the love I have for rowing, rowing has been a huge turn around for me in my life and you can see it in my academics and rowing. I go to a high school that our core values are effort creates ability, I stay true to that value and put all my effort in my school work and bring out on the water with me. I would love to row at a collegiate level and continue my passion with an amazing team.
