Aubrey Thames '24 Recruiting Profile

    Hi coaches! This is my second year of rowing. In this time, I have stepped up to play a major role in my team, both instructing fellow rowers and helping out in any way possible. I have truly fallen in love with every aspect of the sport, but most importantly, the teamwork that rowing demands. I am a good listener, but I am also capable of speaking up and leading others. I value the hard work and commitment it takes to be successful in this sport, so I push myself harder than the day before. I am able to row port, starboard, scull, and cox. I wish to row at a collegiate level because it would allow me to continue my journey with crew and allow me to compete at a higher level, which would drive me even harder. 

I have now committed to Old Dominion University!
