Hope Blanton '16 Recruiting Profile

I am involved in a community service organization that contributes to our local elders, children, and animals. I believe that community service should be high on everyone's priority list because there is no excuse to not give back. I am also apart of a Peer Assistant program at my school. I became apart of this ,because i wanted to have a positive influence on the upcoming generation. I set my standards high because I believe that having to balance many things at once builds character . As a test for that, I enrolled for AP Biology, AP US History, AP Language, and Spanish 3 Honors to prepare myself for my rigorous schedule in college.  I am self- motivated, career oriented, and I believe in strong family values. I would like to pursue a career in Orthopedics. I plan to major in Biology and/or Chemistry . While I am looking at colleges in the southeast/northeast,  I am definitely open to other colleges outside of this region.
