Tabytha Hartland '26 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer for the majority of my life. I started playing in fourth grade as a small girl and, from that first season on, I have had a passion for the sport. Throughout my experience, I have grown as a player and as a person, developing mental and physical skills along the way. Soccer has taught me how to be confident in myself, how to communicate with others, and to think positively about wins and losses. 

As a player I am known for my speed and adjustability. My coaches know that in any position I can adapt to the play. I have also been described as very coachable, for when I am corrected, I will take any critique with a good attitude and change my play. 

I am an excellent leader on and off the field, and have been the captain of my club and school team twice. I also participate in several community service clubs outside of school and soccer in which I play an active role in being a leader. I would like to study biomedical sciences, health sciences, or genetics. 

Playing college soccer will allow me to continue to grow as a player while also pursuing my lofty educational goals. I am excited to be a part of a program that shares a passion for the sport, and I am thoroughly committed to working hard both on and off the soccer field!
