Céleste Schreifels '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Celeste Schreifels and I am a 5'8'', 150 pound center forward. I attend Agoura High School and will graduate in 2020. I am in the International Baccalaureate Program and I have a 4.0 gpa. I have played club soccer for 10 seasons and I currently play for the 2002 DPL Eagles Soccer Club coached by Jaja Adidas-Farrar. I am the leading scorer on my club team. I also play for my high school varsity team at Agoura.  As a sophomore, I led my varsity high school team in scoring and was named First Team All Marmonte League and second team all Ventura County. I also led my high school team in scoring this past season as a Junior. I was named MVP attacking player of the Coastal Canyon league and made first team all Ventura County.

I am a skilled, physical finisher able to score from inside or outside the box. I can create my own chances and finish strongly.  As a center forward,  I play great with my back to goal. I have great vision, allowing me to be a skilled passer and play-maker. I am considered a leader on all the teams for which I play and I inspire my teammates to greater success. I enjoy practice and work very hard every day to improve my game. I compete in every situation both sides of the ball; 1 vs. 1, 2 vs. 2, all the way to real games.  I love playing the game of soccer and I can't wait to play college soccer.
