I'm Vanessa Silvina Rodriguez, I started playing soccer when I was 5 years old. As a younger kid I always had a lot of energy to burn so my mom put me in a lot of sports to see which one helped me burn the most energy and it was soccer. Playing soccer really makes an impact on my life, it keeps me busy, out of trouble, proud and most of all happy. As a freshman I played varsity and it was a great experience. It was a lot different from club soccer but it did make me stronger as a player because playing with seniors at the size that I am pushed me harder to not get knocked around so easily. I have a lot of love for the sport and hope to go further then I am right now. I'm not sure what college or what major I want to pursue in yet. I do want to go to a school where it's cold, has tons of people, and has activities to do outside of school. For my major I know that I want to help people, I've always leaned towards jobs that involve helping others because I know that I have a big heart and want to make others, other than me happy.
